EFT Resources

EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is a healing tool which can be performed with others or on your own. This alternative form of “medicine” or treatment is also referred to as Tapping – depending on who you ask. It is normally seen as a form of energy healing deeply related to Acupuncture and Acupressure – as it works with your energy as well as uses certain acupressure points on your body.I have searched the web for EFT Resources many times over the past 10 years or so.

I have personally used EFT off and on through my adult life for anxiety and depression. I have read and watched videos of hundreds of people that have used it to treat or cure physical pain, addiction, depression, other emotional issues and life-limiting thoughts.

Due to my success with it, I thought that it would be nice to share some of my favorite EFT Resources in one place. I always like to share things that work for me in the hopes that it helps others in some way. I hope that these EFT resources can provide a helpful addition and/or alternative to other treatments that you may be using at the moment.
