All Shook Up

I know I have been lacking in making actual posts lately. A lot has been going on and I have not had the focus to sit down and make an actual post. I have written little notes about things I would like to write about in depth here, and I assure you that I will be updating more frequently next month.

The only changes that I was able to do with the site is shift some of the column information and update the “about” page a little with a teensy bit of information about me – I was never really good at about me pages to begin with, but, I will be updating it a bit more. Oh! And got the image I uploaded of my favorite beach to finally display in this post.

I look forward to finding the perfect design/layout for the website… totally overdue.

Here is a little recap of what has been going on in the life of Rose:
* Attempting to get things straightened out with my college so that I can complete my degree program.

* Reading and listening to A LOT of inspirational information to get myself more aligned with the life of my dreams. Youtube and books have been my BFF lately.

* Last week Friday I was rushed to the ER in pain, feeling lightheaded, nauseous and short of breath. It was found that I had a gallstone stuck in the duct and it was infected. So Saturday I had my gallbladder removed. Instead of freaking out about surgery; I was able to center myself and allow what I felt was the best option for me… and it was a GOOD thing. My gallbladder was FULL of gallstones (which I now have in a specimen container)… they are literally little STONES. I am healing at home and enjoying the time off of work. Still having a bit of discomfort and pain in my abdomen, but attempting to focus on. I am intending to go back to work sometime next week – depending on what my surgeon says tomorrow.

* My BFF and her super cool husband is moving back home next Monday. I am so excited, I can barely stand it!

* Attempting to stay focused on all the good and joyful things.

All Is Well
